As promised YU has just launched their new smartphone YUNICORN at an event in Delhi. The smartphone packs 5.5-inch Full HD Display, 4GB of RAM and Helio P10 processor inside it. Lets check out more specs of this device.

YU YUNICORN comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It packs Octa-core 1.8GHz MediaTek Helio P10 processor along with 4GB RAM and Mali T860 GPU.
The internal storage is 32GB which can be further extended up to 128GB using MicroSD card. Out of the box, it runs on new OS by YU called “Android on Steroids” based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The company has also promised to upgrade the OS to Android 6.0 Marshmallow soon.
As Camera options, it packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. There’s a fingerprint sensor on the home button which can unlock the device within 0.2 seconds. It supports 4G LTE and comes with a whopping 4000mAh battery under the hood.
YU YUNICORN is priced at Rs. 12,999 for the first month. Later it will be priced at Rs. 14,999 in India. The smartphone will be a Flipkart exclusive and comes in Graphite, Rush Silver and Rush Gold colour variants.
