As expected, Xiaomi has officially introduced Redmi 4 in China. This device comes in two variants, Standard and Prime. Let’s check out the full specifications for both variants.

Redmi 4 Prime is powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset with 5-inch Full HD IPS Display while the Standard variant is powered by Snapdragon 430 64-bit processor and 5-inch HD IPS Display. The Standard version has a 2GB RAM with 16GB of memory while the Prime variant has 3GB RAM with 32GB memory. Both the device memory can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The devices will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based on MIUI 8.
The primary camera is a 13MP shooter with dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and the front-facing camera is a 5MP shooter with the f/2.2 aperture for both devices. The devices have a fingerprint sensor placed on the back beneath the rear camera. Out of the box, both the devices have a 4000mAh battery.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 comes with a price tag of 699 yuan ($103 / Rs. 6900 approx.) for standard variant and 899 yuan ($133 / Rs. 8880 approx.) for Prime variant. Xiaomi Redmi 4 comes in Silver, Grey and Gold color variant and will be available in China from November 11.
