Xiaomi has launched its latest selfie-oriented smartphone in India yesterday. Let’s check out the specs of this smartphone.
Xiaomi Redmi Y3 Specifications
Xiaomi Redmi Y3 features a 6.26-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 1520 × 720 pixels, 450 nits brightness, and 19:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Coming to the other specs, Redmi Y3 houses 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 chipset with Adreno 506 GPU, 3GB/4GB and 32GB/64GB onboard storage.
The storage can be upgraded up to 512GB with microSD. Out of the box, the device runs on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 on the top.
Coming to the camera specs, Redmi Y3 features 12MP+2MP dual camera set up at the back with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, and PDAF.
On the front, the device has a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.25 aperture and 4-in-1 pixel binding to capture beautiful selfies. The selfie camera also supports AI portraits and AI face unlock.
Redmi Y3 comes with Dual SIM support with Dual 4G VoLTE. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the back of the device. The device sips its juice from a 4000mAh battery. Redmi Y3 also comes with Splash resistance and has an Infrared sensor.

Xiaomi Redmi Y3 comes with a price tag of Rs. 9999 for the 3GB RAM variant while the 4GB RAM variant costs Rs. 11,999. The device comes in Bold Red, Elegant Blue, and Prime Black colors. It will go on sale in India from April 30th.
