Xiaomi is likely to unveil it’s new smartphone tomorrow in an event in China. While we were thinking that the new device will be Redmi Note 2 Pro but it’s not, it is named Redmi Note 3 which will be the successor of Redmi Note 2 which was released this August in China. The news is confirmed according to a teaser released by Xiaomi. Lets take a close look at the rumored specs of this upcoming device.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will have a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display (1920 x 1080 pixels). The body frame will and back will be made of metal with a fingerprint sensor in the back. This device will be powered by 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor along with 2GB/3GB LPDDR3 RAM and Power VR G6200 GPU. The internal storage will have 16GB/32GB memory which will be expandable using MicroSD. The device will run on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box with MIUI 7 on the top of it.
The rear camera will be a 13.0MP shooter and the front-facing camera will be 5MP.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will be Dual SIM enabled along with 4G network support and Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n ( 2.4 / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS connectivities.
Xiaomi is likely to launch a smartwatch too in the event which will take place on 24th November in China.
