Xaiomi has announced their latest smartphone Mi Max 3 in China. Let’s check out the specs of this device.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Specifications
Mi Max 3 features a 6.9-inch FHD+ IPS 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 processor with Adreno 509 GPU. In terms of storage and RAM, Mi Max 3 comes in two variants: 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage. The storage can be upgraded up to 256GB using microSD card. Out of the box, the device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI 9.5 on the top of it. The phone can be upgraded to MIUI 10 soon.
Coming to the camera segment, Mi Max 3 features vertically positioned 12MP(f/1.9)+5MP dual cameras at the back with Dual PD focus, LED flash. There’s an AI for the camera which can detect 206 scenes. On the front, the device has an 8MP selfie camera with soft LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and face unlock support.
Mi Max 3 sports Hybrid Dual SIM with Dual 4G VoLTE. The device also has 3.5mm audio jack, Infrared sensor and a fingerprint sensor placed at the back. Mi Max 3 sips its juice from a huge 5500mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 for fast charging.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is priced at 1699 yuan ($252) for the 4GB RAM variant while the 6GB RAM variant costs 1999 yuan ($296). The device comes in Dream Gold, Meteorite Black, and Dark Blue colors. The phone will be up for grab in China from July 20.
