It looks like everyone is interested in entering the smartwatch game. Firstly, we have top leading companies like Apple and Samsung who are consistently unveiling their smartwatches. On the other hand, you have fashion brands who are slowly trying to enter in this market. Whereas now, Swarovski is going to unveil its Android Wear smartwatch for women at Baselworld on March 2017. It is the first attempt of Crystal jewelry company creating its own Smartwatch.
But it has previously teamed up with Samsung for the crystal-studded Gear S plus Huawei for the Huawei Watch Jewel. Swarovski disclosed none other than a Qualcomm processor will power the smartwatch. Though the Smartwatch sales are falling, we could still see various brands and users interested with Android Wear 2.0. The Android Wear 2.0 update will fetch standalone apps, NFC with Android Pay integration including access to the Google Play.
