Taking the center stage at CES 2017, Qualcomm has finally announced its new processor variant, the Snapdragon 835, which is expected to be industry’s top choice for the smartphone processor in the coming days.
Snapdragon 835, a successor to Qualcomm’s 820 series, vouches for efficient performance, as it features the very powerful Quick Charge 4.0, virtual reality technology and great photographic value. Snapdragon 835 draws its excellence from the 10nm manufacturing process and is perfectly optimized to support systems with full Windows 10 support.
According to Qualcomm, the new processor is engineered to reduce the power consumption on a computer system by over 25 per cent, which was not possible with its predecessor Snapdragon 820 series.
To top it all, Snapdragon 835 has Kryo CPU architecture with 4 additional cores, which results in a better efficiency of operations at 2.45 GHz. So, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the computer systems, backed up by Snapdragon 835, are expected to work at a dynamic pace. Last but not the least, the 835 chipset is 35% smaller in size.
