Industry’s favorite leakster, @evleaks, has done what he’s famous for, and this time, it’s the specifications of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S8+ in the docket!
In a startling piece of revelation, @evleaks said that the Samsung Galaxy S8+ comes with a rectangular 6.2-inch / rounded 6.1-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display, coupled with 4GB RAM, a 12MP Dual Pixel main camera, and an 8MP selfie shooter in the front. Plus, the device is also certified with the IP68 rating, making it totally resistant to dust and water.
Evan Blass further added that Galaxy S8+, has an Iris scanner, Samsung Knox, and supports Samsung Play. On the storage front, Samsung S8+ has an internal storage of 64GB, which can be further expanded using a MicroSD card.
It has been further known that the device is equipped with wireless charging support, but, requires a separate charging pad. In addition to this, the smartphone is 4G LTE capable and also includes AKG-built earphones.
Now, how much of these are actually correct is something we’ll know only on the official launch date. Till then, these leaks are good enough to get us going.
