Samsung might delay Galaxy S8 launch from its MWC event schedule in order to give it some more time. Initially, Samsung was expected to boost up testing procedure and launch the handset within March 2017. However, the date might be pushed back to April, and the event might be held in New York. This will give Samsung not only a margin of a month but also let the MWC hype to die.
If this is to be true, then it hints there is an enormous strategic marketing campaign in store for Galaxy S8. The handset is going to come with a new design, relocated fingerprint scanner, no physical home button, in-house AI assistant and no audio jack.
