The South Korean based company has started rolling out the February security update to several of its Galaxy J series smartphones. The smartphones receiving the latest security patches are Galaxy J1 2016, Galaxy J3 2016 and Galaxy J1 Ace Neo. The new update arrives with a build number of J120FNXXU1AQB1 for the Galaxy J1 2016 model. Whereas the build number for Galaxy J3 2016 and Galaxy J1 Ace Neo are J320MUBU0AQB1 and J111MUBU0AQB2, respectively.
Since the security patch update for these smartphones is rolled out through OTA will take some time to hit your device. Meanwhile, if you feel impatient, you can manually check for it by visiting Settings » About device » System Updates.
