If you are waiting for an upgraded model of OnePlus 5 this year then you shouldn’t wait anymore. According to rumors, the company has allegedly canceled the plan for OnePlus 5T. Rather the company is eyeing to launch OnePlus 6 in early 2018.
Last year OnePlus launched OnePlus 3T which was the upgraded variant of OnePlus 3. In 3T, the company upgraded the chipset (Snapdragon 821) and also increased the price a bit.
But OnePlus 5 features almost everything this year which includes Snapdragon 835, Dual Cameras, 6GB/8GB RAM, and a better front-facing camera. There’s no upgraded processor yet from Qualcomm so not much left for an upgraded version. Instead, the company is looking forward to include all the new features in the OnePlus 6.
OnePlus 6 is expected to come with edge-to-edge display and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device might have a 6-inch Display which is normal for bezel-less phones.
