Major players of the Smartphone industry will be present at the MWC event (2017) in February (except Apple). HMD Global has chosen this event to try out Nokia Smartphones.
Industry sources have revealed that at least 4 Nokia handsets will be released in 2017 including the already leaked Nokia D1C. More or less, all the 4 handsets will sport a display between 5″ to 5.7″ with WQHD or FHD pixel resolution.
As of now, there is only news of Nokia D1C. It will come in two variants. There will be a 5.5-inch variant running with 3GB RAM and another one will be a 5-inch Full HD variant running with 2GB of RAM. The variants will be priced at the rate of $200 and $150 respectively.
However, these specs are too much mediocre, so it seems that HMD is either looking to test the market with a mid-range device or has another ace up its sleeve.
