At MWC 2017, Nokia 5 was launched which quickly turned an affordable alternative of the Nokia 6 which sold like hot cake in China. Anyway, Nokia 5 with code name TA-1044 was recently certified by the Federal Commission Certification which also suggests that the device will roll out very soon.
Coming to the specs, Nokia 5 is powered by Snapdragon 430 SoC with 2GB RAM and Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The device will have a 13MP rear-facing camera and a Fingerprint sensor placed on the Home button. Nokia 5 comes with a price tag of Rs. 13690 but it may vary depending on the market.
The device is expected to launch India, Africa, Middle East, Asian Pacific and Europe markets from Q2 this year. HMD Global is also planning to launch their smartphones in 200 countries including the US and this will be a huge move by the company.
