According to a report from Weibo scientists have found a new way to get long-lasting battery life. If smartphone makers are able to make a battery out of it for smartphones then it can easily extend the battery life up to 7 days. It can also backup the electric cars up to 400 miles and that’s really impressive.
In this new technology, the lithium battery will take Oxygen from air to get more power and the chemical reaction inside the battery is much more stable.
Professor Cho from The University of Texas and his students has discovered this new chemical reaction. According to the professor, it will take around 5-10 years more to use this technology in real life.
