LG is expected to unveil G6 in February 2017. According to previous reports, LG G6 will drop the modular design and instead come with a seamless design in a sealed body. Removal of modular design might displease the removable battery fans.
Latest rumors convey that LG is using water-resistant adhesive on the display of LG G6 which indicates that the device will be a waterproof device. Recently, LG has also released a V34 water-resistant Smartphone exclusively in Japan. Another rumor conveys that the upcoming flagship from LG will feature wireless charging. Similarly, a yet to be released mobile payment service support is also expected to come with this model.
The demand of mobile payment service, waterproof technology, and wireless charging technology are increasing today so all these makes sense.
