It has only been less than a day from when we saw exclusive image of what is said to be the upcoming G6 Smartphone from LG, and now we have even more pictures giving us a clear look onto what the noticeable features of the LG G6 will be and how well it looks.
As for any other Smartphone these days, we are now getting more and more images of the LG G6 and this indeed should be the device that we will view being unveiled at the launch event on 26 Feb that is all set to happen at the MWC show in Barcelona.
The LG G6 device shown off in the images seems to have a brushed metal design, dual camera setup in the rear below which lies the fingerprint scanner. We also take notice of the SIM card tray to the right of the device, that will also accept a MicroSD card for storage expansion, the volume rockers to the left and the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top right corner. The bottom of the device features a USB Type-C port for charging and syncing also with a mono loudspeaker to its right.
The display does look fantastic with its minimal bezels and is expected to be of 2880×1440 pixel resolution at 5.7inches. Apart from that, the device will also feature Snapdragon 821 SoC with 6GB of RAM.
Other features of the device that can be assumed from the leaked images include the fingerprint scanner doubling as a power/sleep button(as we cannot find any other key for the same) and the end of the removable battery(thanks to the all-metal unibody construction).
Earlier we had seen images of an LG G6 with a shiny back panel that made us think that the LG G6 will be featuring a glass construction after all. However, with the latest images, it does seem that the earlier leaked image of the LG G6 with shiny back will mostly be similar to what Apple is doing with its jet black iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices.
