Huawei has just announced their latest flagship smartphone Huawei Mate 10 at an event in Germany. Let’s check out the specs of this device.

Huawei Mate 10 sports a 5.9-inch QHD display (2560 x 1440 pixels) with 2.5D curved glass on the top. The device is powered by Huawei Kirin 970 SoC along with i7 co-processor and NPU to boost the machine learning tasks. The handset comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage, and expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD. The device runs on latest Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on the top.
Coming to the camera specs, Huawei Mate 10 features 20MP+12MP dual rear cameras at the back. The 20MP lens comes with the monochrome sensor while the 12MP lens comes with RGB sensor. Both Leica Summilux-H lenses come with f/1.6 aperture, PDAF, Laser AF, OIS, and dual-tone LED flash. The front-facing camera is an 8MP snapper which comes with f/2.0 aperture.
AI is a big part of this device. It offers Real-Time Scene and Objects Recognition functionality. It can automatically choose the perfect camera settings for any environment. It can also translate text, conversations, voices, and even images into 50+ different languages.
The handset is IP53 certified splash resistant. It has an Infrared sensor and a fingerprint sensor placed on the front-home button. To keep the lights on, it has a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support.

Huawei Mate 10 is priced at €699 ($825) and comes in Champagne Gold, Pink Gold, Classic Black, and Mocha Brown colors. The handset will be available to buy later this month in 15 different countries.
