HTC has just unveiled their latest HTC U11+ smartphone. Let’s check out the specs of this device.
The HTC U11+ comes with an 18:9 ratio 6.0-inch Quad HD+ resolution display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a screen to body ratio of 82%.
The device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 835 chipset clocked at 2.4GHz and features 6GB RAM. The U11+ will run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo and will feature the HTC Sense UI. The device also features IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The HTC U11+ retains the HTC Squeeze feature from the HTC U11 that was launched earlier this year. Apart from that, the device also features support for the Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa virtual assistants.
The HTC U11+ sticks on to a single rear camera with 12MP resolution and also the 3.5mm headphone jack is absent as well. However, HTC will bundle in a USB Type-C active noise canceling headphones along with the smartphone.
The device also features a 3930mAh non-removable battery with support for QuickCharge 3.0, 8MP front-facing camera, 128GB inbuilt storage, and a fingerprint scanner.
The HTC U11+ will be available in two color variants, namely: Amazing Silver and Ceramic Black. There will also be a “Translucent Black” color variant for the HTC U11+ which will feature a transparent back.
The device will be available on sale from 20th of November and is priced at £699. The HTC U11+will be not be put on sale in the US and will be available initially in Asia and Europe, followed by the rest of the world.
