As promised, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has introduced its latest mid-range smartphone Honor 9 Lite in China. It is the lite version of Honor 9 which was launched in June this year. Let’s check out the specs of the device.
Honor 9 Lite Specifications
Honor 9 Lite sports a 5.65-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor along with MaliT830-MP2 GPU. In terms of RAM and memory, the smartphone comes in three variants; 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB with microSD. Out of the box, Honor 9 Lite runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on the top.
At the back, it has 13MP+2MP dual camera setup with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, PDAF. While on the front, it features same 13MP+2MP dual cameras for taking selfies. It device also has a selfie LED flash. The smartphone features metal frame with glass back. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the back. Honor 9 Lite sips its juice from a 3000mAh battery.
Honor 9 Lite Pricing
Honor 9 Lite comes with a price tag of 1199 yuan ($182) for the 3GB/32GB version, 1499 yuan ($227) for the 4GB/32GB version and 1799 yuan ($273 ) for the 4GB/64GB version. The device comes in Black, Blue, Grey and Black color variants and will be available from December 26.
