Honor India has confirmed that their upcoming 2018 smartphone Honor 9 Lite is going to launch in India on January 17th. The device is going to be a Flipkart exclusive. Flipkart has also confirmed the launch of this device through Honor 9 Lite landing page. Let’s check out the specs of this phone.
Honor 9 Lite Specifications
Honor 9 Lite features a 5.65-inch Full HD+ display with 2.5D curved glass 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone comes with metal frame while the back panel is made out of glass. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor along with MaliT830-MP2 GPU, 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB onboard storage. The memory can be expanded up to 256GB using microSD. Out of the box, Honor 9 Lite runs on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo.
Coming to the camera segment, Honor 9 Lite sports 13MP+2MP dual cameras at the back with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, PDAF. On the front, it sports same 13MP+2MP dual cameras. The secondary camera helps in background blurring. It also has a front LED flash. There’s no room on the front for the fingerprint sensor so it can be found at the back panel. Under the hood, Honor 9 Lite has a 3000mAh battery.
Honor 9 Lite Pricing
The 3GB/32GB variant of Honor 9 Lite costs 1199 yuan (Rs. 11804.15 approx) and the 4GB/32GB version costs 1499 yuan (Rs. 14757.65 approx). The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant costs 1799 yuan (Rs. 17711.15 approx). This phone comes in Black, Blue, Grey and Black color variants.
