General Mobile, the Turkish manufacturer who was involved in Google’s Android One effort has declared a new Android One Smartphone, GM 5. The device runs on Android 7.0 thus GM 5 will be the first Android One smartphone to run Android Nougat out of the box.
The device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset along with a Quad-core CPU (hopefully, Snapdragon 410). The device sports a 5-inch HD Display and runs on 2GB RAM, offering an internal storage of 16GB. The handset features a 13MP rear and 5MP front camera respectively. Being powered by a 2500mAh battery, the phone comes in 3 color variants: Space Gray, Black, and Golden.
However, GM 5 will be available in only in these 20 markets: Albania, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belgium, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Iraq, Kenya, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Pakistan, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. Until now, there is no information regarding its price.
