Today, a Gionee handset, Gionee M2017 earned TENAA certification. A few hours later, it also got featured in AnTuTu benchmark listing.
TENAA revealed that Gionee M2017 will sport a 5.7-inch QHD display and will be powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.96GHz along with Helio P10 chipset. The phone will run in 6GB RAM offering a native storage of 128GB. The device will carry dual rear cameras of 12MP and 13MP respectively along with an 8MP front camera. Being backed up by a 7000mAh battery, the handset will run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. The device weighs 230g.
AnTuTu benchmark listing confirmed that the device will come with a 5.7-inch display, carrying 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. However, AnTuTu benchmark list reveals that the device will be powered by an octa-core processor along with Adreno 510 GPU and Snapdragon 653 chipset instead of Helio P10 chipset. Other features match with those disclosed by TENAA.
However, the battery feature is disclosed only by TENAA. If it comes true that the phone is packed with a 7000mAh battery then it is meaningful to have a thick body and heavy weight.
