Samsung is solely working on their upcoming smartphone Galaxy S8. This device is a very important to the company as because of Note 7 issue they have lost people’s trust and money. It is rumored that the next-generation Samsung Galaxy flagship bearer, Galaxy S8 will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. In initial tests, the Display embedded fingerprint scanner was found inaccurate.
Multiple reliable sources have already confirmed that there will be no Home button which means the entire front will be its display. Many believed that Samsung Galaxy S8 would come with the industry’s first-ever optical fingerprint scanner but Samsung component supplier, Synaptics simply rejected the idea.
As of now, Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to come featuring an iris Scanner. However, Samsung might reject it as it is not that popular.
