Finally, Blackberry Mobile has officially introduced their latest TCL-made BlackBerry Motion at an event in Dubai. The device comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 403 PPI pixel density. The display is protected by DragonTrail Glass.
The device is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 200GB using microSD card. Out of the box, the device runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The device has a home button with Blackberry logo on it. It works as a Fingerprint sensor. It also has a customizable Smart Convenience Key and a Locker Mode for your contents safety.
Coming to the Camera specs, Blackberry Motion features 12MP rear camera with Sony IMX378 sensor, dual-tone LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF. The camera can record videos up to 4K. While the front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture. The device has a Water-resistant body certified by IP67 ratings. To keep the lights on, the device has a 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support for fast charging. With 40 minutes of charge, the battery can charge up to 50%.
BlackBerry Motion is priced at Dh 1,699 ($462) in UAE and will be available for pre-order from all top retailers in UAE and KSA.
