Xiaomi had announced the earlier week that they will be launching a brand new smartphone soon in India, which is so far expected to be the Xiaomi Redmi 4, which was globally announced in two different variants back in November 2016 in China.
Now Amazon India is teasing a Mi phone launch on their website, and as per the teaser image, the device will be an Amazon Exclusive release. After the successful release of the Redmi 4A on Amazon.in, it will now be interesting to see how well the Redmi 4 will fare on the Amazon India platform.
Talking about the hardware specifications, the standard Redmi 4 will be powered by a Snapdragon 430 chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM and will feature a 5.0-inch HD display. Whereas the high-end Redmi 4 Prime will feature a 5.0-inch Full-HD display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM.
Both these devices come with 13MP primary and 5MP secondary camera sensors, along with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
