Alcatel has announced its latest three smartphones A7, A7 XL and Idol 5 at IFA 2017 in Berlin. Let’s check out the specs of these devices.
Specifications of Alcatel A7
Alcatel A7 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This device is powered by 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor along with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. The memory can be expanded up to 128GB with microSD. Out of the box, it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
In terms of the camera, Alcatel A7 features a 16MP rear camera at the back with dual-tone LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash to take care of the selfies. To unlock the smartphone, it has a fingerprint sensor at the back panel. The smartphone supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, NFC connectivities. To keep the lights on, it has a massive 4000mAh battery with fast charging technology.
Alcatel A7 comes in a Black color variant and priced at 229 Euros ($272). It will be available in Q3, 2017 in Europe, Latam, Middle East.
Specifications of Alcatel A7 XL
Alcatel A7 XL sports a 6-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and protected by Dragontrial glass. Under the hood, the smartphone has 1.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750S processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. The memory can be expanded with microSD. Out of the box, it runs on Android 7.1 Nougat.
The device offers 12MP + 2MP dual rear cameras at the back with dual-tone LED flash. The secondary camera is used to capture the depth information. The handset also comes with a 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash to take care of the selfies. Rest of the specs are same as A7.
Alcatel A7 XL comes in Metal Black and Metal Gold Finish color variants and priced at 279 Euros ($332). It will be available in Q4, 2017.
Specifications of Alcatel Idol 5
Alcatel Idol 5 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5D curved display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and protected by Dragontrial glass. This device is powered by 1.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 processor along with 3GB RAM and Mali-T720 MP3 GPU. It has 16GB onboard storage which can be expanded up to 128GB with microSD. Out of the box, it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The smartphone features a 13MP rear-facing camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture. While on the front, it has a 5MP shooter with LED flash and f/2.4 aperture. For better sound experience, the device offers 1.2W speaker and AW8738 amplifier. To unlock the phone, a fingerprint scanner is attached to the back panel. Coming to the battery, it has only 2800mAh power pack to keep alive your device.
Alcatel Idol 5 comes in Metal Silver & Metal Black color variants and priced at 239 Euros ($284). It will be available by the end of this year in Europe and LATAM.
