Earlier today OnePlus made it official that it was launching its next-gen flagship, the OnePlus 5 on June 20. A live event which will be streamed across the Internet will happen at 12 PM EDT, the company notified subscribers via email. Following this, the company will show its flagship in China on June 21.
The company released a teaser which had a subtle message hinting at some upcoming features. “Focus on what matters”, the teaser says. Following our gut instinct, we believe this might point to the dual camera setup which will feature background blurring.
Now the company has also outed a teaser video (above) for the Indian launch of the OnePlus 5. The teaser points to a June 22 date for the official arrival of the device in India. The video teaser is reportedly published by the official Weibo account of OnePlus.
OnePlus is in the last stage of promotions of the highly anticipated OnePlus 5. It has set up a separate landing page especially for OnePlus 5 enthusiasts. It doesn’t do much for now, but you can just leave your email to be notified of the latest events.
